About me
Hello, my name is Martin Koch, Founder and Owner of Harvest CRD GmbH. I live in a lovely town called Lachen in the Canton of Schwyz, on the beautiful Lake of Zurich in Switzerland. When I founded Harvest CRD I decided to make my wide range of knowledge available to my customers. For over the last 30+ years I’ve gained vast experience and know-how in many different segments and areas such as medical, acoustics, vehicle and product development, mold making and manufacturing engineering, procurement, supply chain, design, and project management. With passion and dedication, I use my skills and talents for the success of your projects.
My great passion is automobile racing. For over 30 years, I have been racing all over Europe and even in the US. I am very much fascinated by the technical aspects of the vehicles and their components, while the interaction between the car, team and driver represents a tremendous challenge. In order to be successful, you have to submit yourself to permanently improve all the processes, procedures and equipment as well as your own physical and mental strength. Very much like in the world of business. However, as a long-standing project manager in a Formula 1 team, I was able to live out and professionalize this drive already in my younger years.
In all three areas of CRD (Consulting – Racing – Design) I support my customers in achieving their own goals in the best possible way and inspire them to constantly develop themselves personally.
